Position: Home Manager Location: Horsham Windermere House Care Centre is currently seeking a Registered Home Manager. Surrounded by sweeping lawns and mature trees, our care centre near Horsham, West Sussex, provides excellent residential nursing care for older people. With an expert care team, including nurses on hand 24/7, we are proud to deliver the highest levels of service for our residents. Windermere House also offers support for those with long-term neurological conditions such as acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and motor neurone disease. From our salt cave to our hydrotherapy pools, we take great pride in utilising assistive technology and an innovative approach to enhance the lifestyles of the people we support. You will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care. We have fantastic opportunity for a Registered Home Manager. The successful candidate will need to have minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role. 24 hour care and commercial responsibility is also required for this role. The manager must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with local governing bodies and ensure that systems and processes are in place to achieve compliance with the Care Inspectorate and the other Regulators. As registered manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational day to day management of the home so the best standards of care are always promoted and maintained. In your role, you will continually assess and supervise the work of staff to ensure high standards of care and efficient running of the Care Centre in line with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
